iii) GP Telemed - Private/ISTED Membership Companies - Diving, Non-Diving-Gate/ Insurance patients( special few)

c) Intermediate 
I) as per Basic Level
ii) additional - use of Facebook Messenger, DUO, Viber, Line, We Chat, Telegram,other Social Media Communication app
iii) Specialist Telemed - Diving Injury /Accident, Back Injury Management, Diving Medicals, MPA Medicals, Occupational Medicals, FIT to Work ( when abroad-USA, Texas), Etc - ie when patient does not have any medical equipemtn only a phone ( we can get them to down load Apps- Audiogrm app etc, Eye/Vision test with Screen Sharing, Using what they have got) , 
OR 
if patient can buy the items- spirometer, single channel ECG etc, 

or
 rental of Medical equipment from clinic 

or

 Work with Pt's GP - like Mr Craig Grant - Neck injury with implant and worked with DR Tay from Shell to do the testing and I observe


d) Advance
i) use of Specialised Telemed Equipment together with Telemedicine Consultation 
 STED Membership of Divers at Remote Site  with rental of Full Telemed Equipment - Stesthescope, Otoscope, ECG , Eye scope etc



10.  Telemedicine - patient IN Clinic , Doctor Not In Clinic
a) Principles
i) Checking Email and Whats app ,  Answering Telephone Calls for Telemedicine Request
ii) Sending the requestor - Whats app phone number-office hour and After Hours number, See Procedure, request for Passport, 10 port of call, send health declaration to fill up
